장비부족, 식량부족 등 무엇 무엇이 부족하다는 말은
변명에 지나지 않는다.
어떠한 역경 속에서도 승리함으로써
자기 능력을 드러내는 것이야말로 진정한 리더이다.

Remember this: the truly great leader overcomes all difficulties,
and campaigns and battles are nothing
but a long series of difficulties to be overcome.
The lack of equipment, the lack of food, the lack of this or that are only excuses;
the real leader displays his qualities in his triumph over adversity,
however great it may be.
